In the Midst of Chaos, A Friendly Port in the Storm
While traveling on Highway 99, we were hit on the passenger side of our 2004 Newmar Dutch Star on a Saturday. After 3 days of extensive research for an RV repair facility and a request for recommendations on IRV2, we were encouraged to take our RV to Final Touch. We called Joel and made an appointment to take it in on the following Tuesday and it was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we stepped into the facility, we were impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the entire staff. We immediately felt comfortable with leaving our RV in their care. Joel and his wife were very helpful in coordinating communication between us and the appropriate insurance companies, which was greatly appreciated. The damage to our RV was pretty extensive and all of the repairs were made to our satisfaction and the communication between us and Final Touch was fantastic! My husband went through severe separation withdrawals- Joel talked him through it and invited him to come visit as much as he wanted! Every member of the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, answering every question, keeping us abreast of every stage of the process and going through every repair that was made. We truly feel that their expertise in all types of RVs was key in them doing such a thorough job! We thank all of them from the bottom of our hearts and although we hope never to need their services again, we feel we have made friends for life!
