Show Hauler In For The Long Haul

This Show Hauler conversion rolled over onto an SUV during an accident on Interstate 5, almost completely smashing the smaller vehicle. The good part of this story is that no one was seriously hurt. As a matter of fact, the two young college students riding in the SUV posed for pictures right at the accident scene, no doubt marveling at their survival. The Show Hauler was towed into our shop, and that’s when the long process began of restoring this showpiece-on-wheels to its original glory. After a long stay with us here at Final Touch Coach Works, the Show Hauler is finally back out on the road. In the months that it was in the shop it underwent extensive repairs: complete repair of the slide-out room, rebuild of the framework of the entire side panel, repair of the water and electrical systems, lots of fiberglass repair, and of course a full body paint job. In addition, the interior infrastructure, design, and décor were a huge part of the repair. For all the trauma this coach went through, it looks as good as new and definitely ready to face the I-5 yet again.

Racing Over to Final Touch

The Miller’s had a bad day at the racetrack. While towing their Winnebago, they accidentally hooked a pole and damaged the back ramp. Fix a ramp? Sounds easy enough, only the replacement ramp we needed for their trailer was not available. So what did we do you ask? What else? We built one! The Final Touch technicians built an entirely new ramp from scratch and installed it beautifully and the Millers were back at the track in no time.
